Job description

We are looking for individuals who have an eye for details, a passion for customer service and who would enjoy working special events like weddings, company open houses, cocktail receptions, etc. As part of our event planning team you will be responsible for setting up the event, serving the guests, and cleaning up after the event. You will work with a team of trained professionals and you will be a crucial part of the execution and success of the event.

You do not need experience, we will train the right individuals.

Requirements:

• You must have a car and be willing to drive to different locations throughout the twin cities.
• You must be reliable and punctual.
• You must have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to multi-task.
• You must be kind, patient and take direction well.
• You must be available some Fridays and Saturdays and able to start between 3 and 5 pm.

How scheduling works:

This is an on call position. You give us your availability and we call you as needed. Most events are Wednesday through Saturday. The more flexible you are the more events you will be able to take. The more events you take the more we will call you. You may be able to pick up multiple shifts in a week or just one but you must be available most Saturday nights (after 3:00) at a minimum.

Pay Range Including Tips = $25 to 50 per hour

Beginning hourly pay for experienced and non experienced hosts is $15 per hour plus tips.

If you can lead a small team or bartend full bar pay is $20 per hour plus tips:

If you can lead a large team base pay is $25.00 per hour plus tips.

Senior leads who can successfully lead large teams make $30.00 per hour plus tips.
