Ermak Foundry is currently hiring for a full-time Evening Shift Foundry Factory Worker to perform metal casting in the Chaska, MN area. This entry-level manufacturing position earns a competitive wage of $20.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience. We offer an incentive of up to $3 per hour depending on your role and performance!

DAY-TO-DAY

As an Evening Shift Foundry Factory Worker, you play a role in helping our factory produce high-quality parts. Specifically, you inspect and create sand molds to form metal castings for certain parts, such as those with fine exterior details or inner cores. With a strong eye for detail, you closely inspect every pattern and mold to find potential defects. You skillfully and safely operate both manual and automatic molding machines to make the sand molds. When the next job is ready, you swap out the mold patterns. You take pride in doing your part to help our company produce top-grade materials. Plus, you enjoy starting in this entry-level position and being part of a company that offers opportunities to cross-train in any position you are interested in.
