Vaco has partnered with a Multi-Billion Dollar telecommunications company to assist them find Project Coordinators. Have a desire to learn Large Scale Project Management? This could be the right role for you. Looking for candidates with good communication skills, Deadline driven and ability to multitask. Excellent role for someone looking for their first role out of college OR for someone who has prior project coordination experience. Our client assists with educational training such as attaining a PMP certificate in the future.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and update trackers to show the progress of the project
• Work with other departments to ensure project pieces are completed on schedule Work with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule
• Opening and reporting on provisioning tickets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Access

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Granite's internal systems (Rocklog, Cornerstone , OM) Project management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
