Location: 22 minutes West of Pittsfield, MA in Columbia County, NY

Available shifts: Full time 40hrs, 4 days a week. Afternoon-night or Overnight

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents.
• Ability to converse in English and Spanish
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license
• Availability to work 40 hours per week. Evening-Night or Overnight shift

Responsibilities

• Responsible for direct supervision and engagement of youth.
• Provide fair, consistent, and positive reinforcement for acceptable behaviors.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistently supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Participate in the treatment team process.
• Implement daily schedule including program routines.
• Assist assigned residents with specified tasks.
• Employ proper protocols and procedures as required by the agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $22.11 - $22.55 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• working with children and/or youth: 1 year (Preferred)
