- Deliver quality work, and adhere to the Operating System Requirements (OSR)
- Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information and apply general understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
- Assist in the development of project and department standards, procedures, practices, and guidelines
- Identify and evaluate personnel availability for internal and external assignments
- Develop and administer documentation for personnel transactions
- Coordinate and allocate space needs with operating center, project management, and/or task force
- Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six(6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
- Serve as department representative to internal clients
- Support global project and/or department initiatives
- Engage in Fluor's global community, promoting a OneFluor mindset
- Implement global strategy at the local level
- Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and delegate workload
