We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer who can Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs.
Core Responsibilities
1. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
2. Provides intermediate level technical support and monitors multiple technology domains/platforms through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.
3. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products.
4. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
5. Provides Production support for assigned systems including on-call rotation support. Participates in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with assigned systems.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in managing and supporting security tools, including product installations, upgrades, and technical support across multiple platforms, including one or more of the following:
• Windows,
• macOS
• Linux
• Skills with AWS is a plus
• Experience packaging, installing and maintaining 3rd party vendor products in a large enterprise.
• Understanding of VM and VDI provisioning processes
• Desire for continuous learning and adaptation to changing Cybersecurity technologies, tools, techniques, and concepts
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work well within team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within agreed upon timeframes and with minimum coaching
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
