Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with all staff that dine in the employee dining room
• Take ownership of Employee Dining Room space and understand its importance in the hearts and minds of our team members
• Maintain general cleanliness and hygiene of Employee Dining Room at all times
• Work with the kitchen team to set up and break down food service each day
• Monitor quantities of food items and refill whenever necessary
• Replenish all food and beverage items throughout the course of the service period
• Maintain buffet sanitation and hygiene at all times
• Replace service utensils when necessary
• Maintain stock on all plates, napkins, silverware, sugar, and condiments throughout the service period
• Keep floors swept and mopped throughout the service period
• Remove waste as necessary
• Maintain sanitation of all dining surfaces

• Customer service
• Planning and multi-tasking
• Self-motivated
• Verbal communication
• High school diploma or GED
• Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred, the club experience a plus
• Current food handlers card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law
