The Email Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the EmailProduction Manager, will be responsible for the execution of Food Brands email marketing communications from setup, to testing, to launch, to post deployment analysis, and optimization. Own all aspects of email production:

• Creation, scheduling, and approval
• Assess all email creative to ensure messages are compliant with our email content policies
• Ensure the correct data and content exchange
• Quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct
• Partner with other teams to execute all of our email campaigns
• Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies
• Assist in new marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
• Provide information regarding email marketing initiatives
• Fill ad-hoc requests on an ongoing basis

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  
  
  • High School Graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
  • 6 months - 2 years' experience in an email-marketing program
  • Knowledge/background of e-commerce, email marketing best practices, success metrics and CAN-SPAM legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeproducts, emphasis inExcel
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Interest in new technology
  • Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Hands on experience working with an ESP (preferred)
  • Exhibit the characteristics of approachability and openness in resolving issues
  • Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities while meeting numerous daily deadlines
  • Maintain productivity with efficient self and team workflow
