Job Summary:

Implements and creates engaging lessons that align with the Wood Dale 7 curriculum
Develops instructional units using Understanding by Design
Integrates technology into the curriculum in a 1:1 Chromebook environment
Well versed in the Illinois Learning Standards, and WIDA ELD and SLD standards
Has a deep understanding of biliteracy instructional practices
Has high expectations for self and the academic achievement of students
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ensures effective implementation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices
Has high professional ethics
Is creative, innovative, collaborative and flexible

Qualifications:
Illinois Professional Educators License with ESL and Spanish Bilingual endorsements
Fluent in oral and written Spanish and English
