Electronic Invoice Specialist
Department: Capturis
Overview
- Interacts with potential and existing utility providers tosetup and maintain electronic invoices (EDI)
- Manages, creates, and updates the templates for data entry
- Interacts with and helps team members with questions regarding quality assurance
- Run reports to correct any data entry quality issues and create new charge codes
- Uploads electronic invoice files into the Capturis Billing application and verifies the accuracy of the invoice information
Desired Job Experience:
Previous customer service experience
Strong computer Skills
Experience with Excel a plus
