LEE + RO, Inc. has immediate openings in our four offices in Southern and Northern California.

We are looking for experienced, accomplished, self-motivated Electrical Engineers to support our industry-leading engineering and design services. The Electrical Engineer will work across a variety of functional groups who are directly involved in engineering, product development, implementation, design and analysis of power distribution and lighting systems. The ideal candidates will be inventive problem-solvers that are capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Perform detailed calculations to established standards and specifications
• Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
• Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks
• Support other departments and disciplines with testing and analysis as needed
• Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects
• Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering
• Maintain productivity and accuracy with multiple project deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSEE degree or higher
• EIT designation minimum, Electrical PE registration preferred, CA Electrical PE a big plus
• Experience as a Project Manager is very desirable
• 3 - 10 years’ experience, preferably in an engineering design consulting firm
• Experience with Public Works, Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants a plus
• Experience with Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), PLCs and SCADA highly desirable
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting and multitasking as the need arises
