Location: hybrid in office 2-3 days a week in either Irving, TX or Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
10+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions across one or more industry leading technology products.
Critical Skills

• Experience in database design providing conceptual, logical, and physical data models including the development of entity-relationship diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of relational data marts using star schema design.
• Advanced understanding and experience working with enterprise ETL tools.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and project management skills a must.
• Proficient in translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical and strategic recommendations in addition to BI/EDW best practice methodologies and procedures.
• Ability to establish operational guidelines, design architectural frameworks, and develop implementation strategies agnostic of technical platform.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of and experience in the Healthcare industry a plus.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with respect to documentation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication competency.
• Excellent critical thinking and diagnostic aptitude.
• High capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and ownership for task/project completion.
• Hadoop and/or Cloud computing experience is a plus.
• Experience working with team members to modify designs and models as necessary.
• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
• Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
• Experience with the IBM Infosphere Suite specifically Datastage.
• Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
• Experience using Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI a plus).

Salary: From $40.00 per hour
