Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in developing and implementing Education programs and maintaining high levels of program evaluations and accurate and timely reporting data regarding programs.

Using Informational systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use.

Responsible for insuring program quality and staff supervision.

Managing budgets and insuring financial procedures are followed; purchasing products and equipment as required.

Responsible for collaboration with other team members to insure program is up to date with all technology requirements to insure the success of the program.

Liaising with other departments; to promote Education programs through advertising, website, working with the Sales Department to keep all booking and program offers update weekly.

Responsible for staffing schedules.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Education or STEM degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of operations and logistics experience required; experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Project Management skills strongly preferred.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills required.
- Understanding of education preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
