OVERVIEW:

This Education and Training Associate role, which is newly created due to growth, is a unique opportunity to contribute to a key area of development for the company. As a high growth and dynamic business, Cirkul needs high energy leaders to help train our production teams on our best practices procedures. The Education and Training Associate will be responsible for training machine operators using our Work Instruction Modules while also ensuring those best practices are continued on an ongoing basis. The Education & Training Associate will also be required to work side by side with the operators to help reach production goals while learning all of the nuances of each operator task. Our ideal candidate is motivated, eager and a patient teacher/coach. The Education & Training Associate will work with production managers and supervisors to maximize production in each department while ensuring proper procedures are being followed at all times.

SCHEDULE:

Day Shift:

• A Shift: Monday - Wednesday & every other Sunday 6am - 630pm
• C Shift: Thursday - Saturday & every other Sunday 6am - 630pm

Night Shift:

• B Shift: Monday - Wednesday & every other Sunday 6pm - 630am
• D Shift: Thursday - Saturday *& every other Sunday 6pm - 630am

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Train machine operators on the proper procedures using our Work Instruction Guides
• Maximize efficiency and productivity of their shift by ensuring work instructions are being followed at all times
• Work on production lines to get a deeper understanding of operator duties and help drive the team to meet production goals
• Manage interpersonal and HR issues
• Communicate with leadership, other facilities, and other shifts as needed
• Ensure appearance, workplace organization, and cleanliness standards are kept at all time
• Drive and manage accountability for following policies, procedures, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Past experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Must have solid computer skills incuding experience working with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
• Excellent verbal and written commmunication skills
• Experience in a training environment and managing accountability for completed training topics
• Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience
• Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication is preferred
