Job description

An expanding family owned EDM shop is seeking to add an EDM machinist to its team! In this EDM machinist role, you’ll be responsible for performing program edits, inspecting parts, and other tasks as assigned.

Wage: $30 – 40/hr.

Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the EDM machinist:

• Perform program edit to produce parts within specification
• Inspect parts using hand inspection tools/gauges such as Micrometer and Caliper
• Read and interpret blueprints

Qualities of the EDM machinist:

• 2+ years experience in setup and operation of Wire EDM’s (Mitsubishi experience preferred)
• Experience with Esprit is preferred
• Knowledge of GD&T
