Aon Inpoint is a leading global engagement and strategy consulting team within the broader Aon organization! We work with our clients to understand their objectives, address their challenges, develop a deep understanding of market conditions and issues, and build and implement strategies that help clients achieve strategic goals, drive growth and hone market advantages value propositions.
As part of an industry-leading team, this role will help in delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Inpoint practice group within Commercial Risk, in Chicago. They will also work closely with Client Leaders and Client Consulting Project Managers.

How this opportunity is different
These roles fall under Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. This 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.
What the day will look like
Job Responsibilities:
Support lead client manager and client team to full lifecycle of client engagements through critical initiatives, leading data analyses by applying Aon’s internal data sources and implementing strategic recommendations
Lead analyst team by example to interpret data and deliver in-depth insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients.
Support client leaders in assessing client risk appetite, identify unrealized cross sell opportunities, analyze capability gaps and critical success factors.
Participate in interviews with clients and Aon colleagues
Present observations optimally through the preparation of charts, graphs and other visual elements.
Able to travel, typically less than 10%.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree majoring in: Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics- Open to other majors
