We are a rapid growing Furniture Supplier who is looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager that is experienced in marketing and sales. We are seeking an energetic and well-disciplined person who is motivated and ready to work. Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and maintenance to online customers
- Consistent data feed creations, listing updates and optimization in multiple online channels (like Shopify, Amazon seller, Walmart seller and etc.)
- Monitor and improve online reviews and feedbacks
- Work with product applications, specifications, images, catalogs
- Tasks would include competitor analysis and creating marketing strategies such as top keyword analysis to drive product sales on Amazon, Walmart, Overstock and etc.
- Support the development of product promotions, marketing activities, content creation and merchandising
- Conduct Competitive Research and identify opportunities for growth
- Communicate and Coordinate with other departments and divisions for different issues
- This includes product rankings, Inventory management, preparing shipments, creating and monitoring listings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce
- Experience working with eCommerce channel, especially Shopify, Walmart Seller and Amazon Seller
- Experience in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and so on
- Proven success with account management and fostering fruitful relationships
- Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office analytical tools
- Basic pictures editing
- Using SPS commerce EDI and NetSuite system
