Job description

We are starting caregivers on these clients at $13 hrly. We expecting to be able to increase to $15 hrly soon. We are waiting on confirmation of a rate increase.

To work with either of these 3 clients their payor source requires the following:

* Documentation of high school diploma or GED.

* Current CPR/first aide from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (no substitutes)

Additional requirements include the following:

* One (1) year of experience in the field that you are applying, DSP, HHA, CNA, Behavior Tech.

• Must have proof of being fully (2 shots) vaccinated forCOVID-19 to enter the StaffLink office. Our clients will not accept non-vaccinated staff.

• Must OWN their own reliable to car to get to and from work. No exceptions. (You are NOT using your car to drive clients around.)

• Must have a TOTALLY clean criminal record and Missouri abuse/neglect history.

• Must have a totally clean drug test. We do not accept medical marijuana waivers.

* Must have two (2-3) legit POSITIVE past references from an employer's HR dept.

Here is the information on each client:

* 63128. South County. 9 yr old male- lives in South county 63128.). 4pm -8pm or 4pm to 7pm, two to three days a week and some weekend hours. We are willing to hire more than one caregiver. Client is not ambulatory and is non- verbal.

* 63119. Webster Groves, MO. 18 YEAR OLD male. Monday- Friday. 6-7 hours per day. Client is non- verbal and can walk with assistant. Needs meal prep and help with personal care. Lives with mom and grandmother. 3p-6p, Diagnosed with down-syndrome and autism.

*63104 – South City/Soulard. 15 YEAR OLD male. 4hrs a day (after school), 7 days a week. Mood swing disorder and ADHD Needs meal prep and assistance with person care
