Quality Management Analyst 4
We are seeking a skilled collaborator with a passion for project management, and collecting and analyzing data, to join our team at Eastern State Hospital as a Quality Management Analyst.
In this role, you'll coordinate and monitor hospital-wide performance improvement projects to ensure quality, safe, and efficient outcomes utilizing a data focused, scientific approach. Join us in Transforming Lives.
Some of what you'll do:
Develop and implement effective analysis, research, and evaluation of quality management metrics; analyze data for patterns, trends, and variations in patient care delivery- For identified initiatives, facilitate workgroups through redesign/improvement processes across departmental boundaries, building consensus and sustainability
- Work with leaders to address deficient quality indicators, measures or other opportunities using problem solving systems to improve team’s performance
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and staff at all levels of the organization.
- Lean or lean six sigma green belt training through an accredited society or institution
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
- Preferred, minimum of 2 years project management experience leading projects through a complex organization.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for hospitals, including CMS, TJC, and Washington State Codes
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project), Tableau or Power BI, and statistical software
- Proficient in mining for data in local databases and other record-keeping systems
