POSITION: Dredge Crew Positions
LOCATION: Various locations including but not limited to; Texas Gulf Coast, Alabama, Mississippi (Coastal, Rivers & Lakes)
OVERVIEW: The dredge crew positions will serve in role-specific capacities. We are seeking to hire for ALL crew positions, including; Deck Captains, Dredge Operators (Leverman), Mates, Tender Boat Operators (Boatman), Deckhands, Oilers, Watch Engineers, and the list continues. The general responsibilities are in the scope of supporting all dredge operations. Job responsibilities and functional requirements will be provided for each position.

Essential functions (This is not all-inclusive)
- Upholds the Company’s commitment to an injury-free workplace; leads and models safe work practices
- Follows all safety rules and regulations as well as all company policies and procedures
- Works safely around machinery; observes and instructs others in proper equipment use; uses/wears all required PPE
- Ensures team members are provided a safe work environment and are knowledgeable of safe work practices and policies
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Must be able to travel, work a rotating schedule and live onboard the dredge or vessel
- Must be able to tolerate rough seas, normal weather conditions, some climbing, vibrations, heat, confined spaces, standing for long periods of time, and high noise levels
- Must be able to lift or carry miscellaneous equipment, supplies, and parts up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position as outlined in the Functional Job Description
- Must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment screening (drug test, fit test) in addition to random drug and alcohol testing
