Your Next Career Opportunity – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Training Specialist II
This position is responsible for contributing to a people-focused organizational culture of respect and personal accountability regarding diversity, equity and inclusion. Supports the facilitation of world-class diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) training for leaders, team members and new hires. Executes the strategy for the DE&I roadmap across global organization.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of DEI-related learning programs across the global organization, and deliver and evaluate DEI training for team members.
- Serve as the liaison between LATAM markets and Boca Headquarters to promote and lead DEI initiatives in local markets.
- Assist manager in facilitating Internal Networks (i.e. Cultural Ambassadors, Women in Wireless)
- Provide and support internal translation (i.e., from English to Portuguese, English to Spanish) services as needed to support DEI learning programs.
- Create and manage courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone. Manage registrations and attendance for live and online training courses.
- Create on-going reports and dashboard in the LMS; respond to requests for reporting needs.
- Support Manager of DE&I in all aspects of training program planning, design and delivery.
- Create and manage evaluations and surveys using Survey Monkey or similar platform.
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of DE&I best practices. Make and suggest recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support DEI global initiatives and events (i.e. Black History Month, Pride Month Celebration, International Women's Day)
- Manage HRDEI general email box, replying to team member questions with a service mindset.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
- Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese preferred
- H.S. Diploma/GED Associate's degree preferred;
- and 5+ years Talent Development, DEI, HR or related is required.
- Excellent planning and organization skills are required.
- Strong writing and oral communication are required.
- Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- International Travel 30% of the time Facilitate in-person training to LATAM markets
- Valid Government Issued Driver's License
- Valid Government Issued Passport
