General Description

This position is responsible of analyzing thru our ERP system, sales history, and available balances to distribute inventory properly. Maintain accurate data, and the necessary setups, to obtain valid results. Will be responsible for analyzing parts inventory, generate purchase orders, follow up, and provide status until products are receipted at our warehouses. Will provide price and availability for special items that will be requested by Sales, Service and Warranty departments and process the related purchase orders when requested. Will be dealing with goods preparation, shipment receipts and deliveries. Interaction with freight forwarders and consolidators to select the most cost-effective shipping method according to our needs.

Specific Description

• Process warehouse transfers from the main warehouses to stores, according to sales history and available balances.
• Validate and maintain data on our ERP system to assure the adequate output. This may include, but not be limited, to sales forecasts, special events, superseded products, lead time and standard pack quantities.
• Analyze and generate purchase orders for parts stock items timely to avoid out of stock and/or excess inventory.
• Provide price and availability for special items upon request of Sales, Service and/or Warranty departments.
• Provide freight cost estimation for the shipment of the requested special items. Interaction with freight forwarders and consolidators to select the most cost-effective shipping method according to our needs.
• Process and transmit purchase orders for RC special items upon request of Sales, Service and or Warranty. Assure that shipping instructions are provided as intended.
• Provide status of purchase orders and maintain communication with vendors, and/or freight forwarder, when necessary.
• Request return material authorization (RMA) when needed. Investigate and collect the necessary data to assure the return is approved. Follow up until RMA is received.
• Assist Planner Supervisor and serve as backup during his/her office time off.
• Freight invoice validation, and cost distribution by departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
