Beacon Plumbing, Heating, Electric & Septic is a fast-growing service company that is continually expanding its services. We cover a 30+mile radius around the Greater Puget Sound. We have an immediate need for an experienced, energetic, Dispatch Manager to help run dispatch and keep our crew going in off hours. We are an emergency-based company that advertises to “Stop Freakin…Call Beacon”, which means we need to be able to respond at all times. This position is for nights and weekends.

Our dispatch is an all paper-system, so will require someone who is very detail oriented, and able to function in a fast pace, high stress work-environment. This person will report directly to the operations manager and collaborate on ways to make the company more profitable, and run seamless at all hours of the day.

Job includes:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be self-motivated/self-sufficient
• Because we are a very hands-on company, and no job is too big or too small we would have you in the call center

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing

Pay: $20 - $25 per hr w/ bonus DOE
