Here's the schedule: Monday – Friday & rotating Saturdays. Your day starts at 10:30 AM and ends at 7:30 PM with an hour lunch and hours may vary during training. If you’re looking for an office job and great company culture, this could be for you!!

Here's the pay: Your starting pay is $20.00 an hour with opportunities for rate increases & advancement.

A Dispatch Operations communicates back and forth with Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial and roll-off lines of business. Bottom line... you are responsible for handling incoming service orders, direct drivers and resolve service issues.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

• 18 Years of Age or Older
• Ability to Read and Understand English
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Here's what we hope you have:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification
• Computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form
• Desire and ability to learn proprietary software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc) most of the work day
• Possible exposure to occupational and environmental elements
• Ability to sit for long periods
• Potential candidates may be required to successfully complete a physical and/or occupational evaluation designed to test ability to perform basic job requirements.
