Our ideal candidate enjoys variety, can multi-task and prioritize multiple responsibilities. Dishwasher's are responsible for the efficiency and class of the kitchen by washing dishes in a timely manner and making sure each plate or fork is spot free. *Benefits only apply to full-time employees.

Skills/Qualifications

· Kitchen Experience

· Demonstrated quality written, verbal, ad interpersonal communication skills.

· Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations/Customer Service.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

· Ability to analyze and problem solve; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Expedite during peak service hours.

· Enforce proper uniform procedures and set a good example.

· Work in any stations as needed.

· Help close for the night (Ex. take out trash and complete closing cleaning tasks).

· Maintain a well-functioning, sanitary kitchen and communicate any needed improvements for the kitchen to upper management.
