Position Description:
A highly experienced (both in business acumen and mechanical aptitude) position that required a vast degree of creativity and latitude towards sales accomplishment. This position is the principle selling agent within the Company to achieve the Sales Department’s goals. The main objective is to achieve prospecting new and existing accounts within several industry specific segments.
The Sales Director has a variety of essential duties:
- Sell Company services to current and potential clients.
- Action planning and scheduling to identify project targets.
- Follow-up and develop new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and machining capabilities within the Company.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.

- Around 3 years of related experience in a CNC Machining Manufacturing Company.
- Self-motivated and effective person who excels in customer service due to their vast technical knowledge and application of said skills.

The typical workday for the Director of Sales looks like:
- Working directly with the VP of Sales of Schultes Precision to focus-in on what projects and customers are at the highest of importance.
- Developing a Customer Service Action Plan for any project assigned.
- Error proofing the work to be performed before starting on a project.
- Making the quote for a customer and carrying the order all the way to the finish line to help expedite the client’s needs.
- Synergizing with all supporting (Quality Control/Engineering/Scheduling/Shipping/etc.) and production (CNC Machining) departments to ensure the customer’s requirements are understood before being satisfied with project map.
- 3 Years of Related Manufacturing Experience
