The right candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department as well as provide strategic and tactical direction to help execute all sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate will establish, monitor, and contribute to team and individual goals for census, budgets, prospect activity levels and other essential metrics from our beautiful 180-acre campus in Orange City, FL. We are a not-for-profit CCRC with 800 residents and 600 employees. Our mission is to provide innovative hospitality services in all levels of care.
