THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a Director of Pricing Analytics to lead our Yield Management Department. This position is a heavy exposure role working directly with our Executive Team on strategic direction, market analysis and pricing trends that will forge the direction of sales and our company as a whole. This position will be vital role in the development of a team of analysts to support innovative strategies to drive higher yields and profits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, business, finance or another related field
    • 5+ years of data analytics experience
    • 3+ years of management experience (structured leader)
    • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Data mining experience
    • Data automation experience
    • Analytical thought process
    • Broad functional experience in: strategic evaluation of data, executive leadership interaction, market research, and comparative analysis and evaluations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Responsible for reporting relative to response to RFP analysis
    • Overseeing, directing and developing a team of analysts
    • Creating a strategic review process for key client proposals
    • Strategic direction for current and future state opportunities
    • Competitive analysis and research
    • Coordinating and executing account pricing strategies
    • Providing process development procedures for Yield Management or bid proposals
    • Market analysis and planning for competitive yields
    • Providing a structured plan around the review of client data for proposals
    • Providing structured models surrounding variable activities provide by clients and current market environments
    • Providing quality control processes around data integrity initiatives
