LogistiQ is seeking a strategic, influential, results driven leader to manage our installation team and build a successful and robust aftermarket team. This individual would work in partnership with the director level management team to build processes for efficient and effective workflow, develop strategic plans for increasing revenue, and foster an environment to attract, develop and retain best-in-class talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides leadership and tactical execution for the entire field service and aftermarket teams.
- Establishes key performance indicators that align with company goals for the installation & aftermarket teams. Holds team accountable for all KPIs.
- Develop and implement processes that allow for efficient and effective workflow through the entire installation process that achieves 100% customer satisfaction.
- Schedules & overseas the installation of all projects adhering to all contract specifications on-time and on-budget.
- Identify opportunities in daily operations to pull forward jobs and maximize speed to installation.
- Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and geographic proximity using proprietary scheduling application when possible.
- Manage permit processes from investigation to execution.
- Lead Field-Service team and third-party contractors, ensuring the right mix of internal and external resources to ensure highest customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Develops strategic plans for increasing revenue with aftermarket service, preventative maintenance, extended warranties, retrofits, etc.
- Foster an environment to attract, engage, develop, and retain best-in-class talent
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the daily workflow of the following departments:
- Field Service & Associated third-party contractors
- Aftermarket Sales (to-be developed)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Capable of building customer confidence and growing the business through continuous, successful delivery of committed results.
- Demonstrated success of building teams and growing profitable sales.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving leading to sound decision making

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate and engage personnel at all levels of the organization
- Capable of traveling up to 20% annually
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
10-15 years’ experience in a related role
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
MBA preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
A fundamental understanding of profitability metrics and cost-based accounting.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Must be proficient at Microsoft Office products and possess adequate skill to navigate and work within company’s ERP software. Basic knowledge of 2D AutoCAD to interpret site drawings.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. Employee spends some time on shop floor & in customer distribution centers. Most of the time will be spent sitting in front of a computer and use of the phone.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Most of the time, the work environment is a pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in the office but does have occasional interaction with personnel on the shop floor and field service technicians in customer distribution centers. In plants, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed but does not require hearing protection in most areas.
