Beatitudes Campus sits on 27 acres right in the heart of Phoenix. We are a senior living community like no other. Over 600 seniors call the Beatitudes Campus home, in a variety of settings including independent living options ranging from apartment-style homes to patio homes, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and long-term care. Our goal is to create an environment where our residents can live out their best lives, while we take care of the chores and maintenance of their homes.

That’s where this position comes in. Our Director of Facilities provides leadership to our maintenance, environmental services, information technology, security and grounds teams. In this role, you will be the one who leads the way to ensure our buildings and surrounding grounds are maintained in a condition of operating excellence so that our residents and employees can thrive!

Requirements:


Must haves:

  • Ten (10) years or more of related facilities and maintenance experience
  • Five (5) years or more of leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Experience managing resources and budgets
  • The ability to use computer software including Outlook, Excel and Word; and the ability to learn our work-order system

Would be great:

  • Experience in multi-family housing, retirement communities and/or healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices and procedures
  • Project management experience
