Director of Compliance/HR Manager
Job description
RESPONSIBILITY: The Director of Compliance and HR Manager is responsible for all Healthcare Compliance and HR Department functions, including but not limited to corporate/healthcare compliance, total rewards (compensation and benefits); workforce planning; organizational development and change management; performance management, state and city labor law compliance, outside regulatory agency compliance (OSHA, EEO, JCAHO, etc.), and liaison to legal and outside counsel. Serves as a back-up to all CHRO for Human Resources functions.
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN HEALTHCARE COMPLIANCE. A bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of Human Resources experience. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Proficiency in various software programs (Word, Excel, email, etc.).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year
