In this senior leadership role, you will provide coaching and support to team members to help them renew and drive revenue growth for the company. We're looking for someone who not only excels at coaching both but is also a strategic thinker who can support the renewal and expansion strategy for the team This role will also be involved in the "expand" component of our sales strategy, identifying needs within our current customer base and finding unique ways to upsell our products within their ecosystem. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for short and long-term efforts around prioritized initiatives to drive customer adoption, reference-able relationships across key stakeholders, tangible value, and performance improvement
- Coach and support each member on your team including: holding regular one-on-one's; identifying opportunities for growth and development; supporting hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for team members
- Be an unparalleled expert in Carta's products, enabling you to guide clients to best use cases of Carta's products and to deliver expert assistance for the speedy resolution of problems
- Develop and direct strategy to increase Carta's footprint with existing clients, coaching and setting strategy for discovering and maturing opportunities to grow Carta's business
- Build and improve processes with teams across Sales & Marketing to add value and strengthen the health of clients to achieve renewal and expansion goals.
- Ability to apply clinical expertise within our services organization
- Independently manage high-impact and critical client conversations, expertly
communicate the Carta Healthcare value proposition - Use data and processes to measure and manage account performance
- creatively, proactively, and applicable to other members of our customer base
- Drive internal improvement activities including operational processes and customer journey methodologies
- Craft, manage and deliver high-impact, visually compelling client communications and presentations
- Provide clinical, technical and process expertise to address solutions for customer use cases and deliver results
- Act as the primary point of escalation for the account, both for the client and Carta Healthcare
- Partner with Sales to identify and support growth – both within the assigned account and within prospective customers with similar profiles
What We're Looking for :
- 5+ years director level experience in a similar role with a focus on renewals and expansions
- Must have experience working in a Health-Tech or Healthcare technology company.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of comprised of client success specialists / managers and implementation specialists
- Experience building Client Success departments, processes and best practices
- Proficiency with Hubspot of a similar CRM
- Lightning fast learner, with a special passion for learning new technology tools quickly and experimentally
- Strong quantitative skills - you see data and know how to interpret it and what questions to ask next as a result
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred but not Required:
- MBA preferred, but not required
