Innovative Real Estate Company seeking a motivated, outgoing, and well-spoken individual to join their team. Due to recent growth, they are in need of a Director of Business Development to assist their team of over 90 agents. The office is a rapidly growing, tech savvy, and innovative real estate brokerage located on the North side of Chicago.
As the Director of Business Development, you will work closely with a team of dedicated real estate professionals to close more deals. Your main day-to-day responsibility will be to be a brand ambassador for the company while contacting warm potential prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
The Pearson Realty Group family of companies focus on 3 main products that you will be responsible for selling:
- Pearson Realty Group - Recruiting New Real Estate Brokers
- PRG Management - Sell Rental and HOA property management services
- Noble Title Agency - Refer seller leads to title business
The position will include a wide variety of responsibilities including:
- Work towards establishing strategic business relationships and optimize leads and sales opportunities. New potential opportunities include sourcing new lead avenues and potential partnership
- Qualify and convert new warm inbound leads to appointments
- Maintain and oversee the CRM database day-to-day to ensure leads are organized, nurtured, and regularly followed up with
- Maintain relationships with perspective and past clients via phone calls, texts, and emails to ensure they are informed about the latest real estate news and available properties on the market
- Partner with marketing team to request feedback and build accurate forecasts based on lead quality and historical ad performance to ensure results and increasing revenue
- Meet, attend, and host networking events, conferences and other in-person appointments to create and build relationships with new and existing prospects
- Track, measure, and report on key performance stats to ensure performance goals are being met
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the company and its partners
The qualified candidate will exhibit the following capabilities and attributes:
- Goal & results oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive and performance-driven environment
- Well-spoken and communicates clearly and professionally with all clients
- Highly-organized
- Motivated self-starter with positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Experience:
- Real estate experience is required
- 1 year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in either the real estate or business industry
Education:
- Active Illinois Real Estate Broker's License (Required)
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Benefits:
- $50,000 salary base plus commissions potentially to make over 125K
