Overview:
Working closely with the EVP of People & Culture and the SVP of Marketing & Communications, this position provides strategic oversight and management of the entire internal and external marketing strategy and communication approach for People & Culture, including Employer Brand strategy, culture, leadership development, recruitment, talent management, benefits & compensation, wellness, Diversity & Inclusion.
(Please note this is a hybrid role requiring frequent onsite work.)

execution, media relations and internal communications.
# 2 Leverage technology & digital communication solution with out-of-box thinking and
approach
# 3 Operates consistently as a thought-leader and strategic partner for People & Culture,
marketing, communications and other system-wide efforts.
# 4 Provides strategic leadership/guidance for all internal and external People & Culture
communications development in support of Cone Health.
# 5 Optimizes communications resource allocations in support of key business initiatives.
# 6 Ensures strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
# 7 Develops marketing and communication plans to support People & Culture initiatives.
# 8 Leads execution of key metrics related to marketing/communication
# 9 Serves as the point person to respond to the tactical needs of People & Culture
initiatives such as employee surveys, employee benefits, employee performance
management, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition.
# 10 Handles various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

7-10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in public relations, marketing, communications or business. Extensive experience in marketing strategy and execution, aligned to organization's strategic plan.
