The Director of Credentialing and Compliance will act as a strategic team leader, working cross departmentally to monitor and optimize various processes within the division. They will manage projects across multiple areas of the business to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding client expectations while also providing exceptional experiences for Aya’s healthcare professionals. This role will also be responsible for promoting a team atmosphere and developing a bench of highly effective leaders who can bring operational efficiencies within their respective area.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to lead, manage, and direct large volume and complex teams that may include multiple lines of business
- Strategic partnership & planning- can formulate and implement effective strategies consistent with the business goals and objectives
- Effectively communicates & collaborates with internal and external partners to include but not limited to: Clinicians, Clients, Vendors, and internal teams & leaders within the organization
- Challenges status quo and can support change management with effective results
- Hold leaders and team members accountable to department KPI’s
- Responsible for developing, mentoring, and guiding team members for future growth and identify resource needs with appropriate approval
- Continuously evaluating team performance and identifying opportunities for more streamlined processes and improvement
- Can serve as a cross-functional leader for both credentialing and compliance as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in compliance, credentialing, or related work.
- Proven ability in change management.
- Experience leading and developing large teams.
- Proven ability to lead strategic projects successfully with little to no direction.
- Demonstrated self-starter, shows initiative and the drive to be successful.
- MUST have direct industry experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Innate aptitude for problem solving.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
