Seeking an engaged leader with experience coordinating programs, planning events, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit or membership organization.
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) is contracted by Council of Agency Executives (COAE) to staff a part-time Director who can provide organizational leadership and administrative coordination and support to the COAE’s board of directors, members, committees, and affinity groups.
The Director:
- Oversees, administers, and tracks membership and recordkeeping to include collecting and processing annual dues and membership agreements for the COAE and related initiatives.
- Supports the Board of Directors and ensures maintenance of organizational records.
- Organizes programs, supports affinity groups, and plans events to include coordinating and scheduling speakers.
- Plans the annual meeting and awards program to include soliciting call for nominations, securing sponsors, vendors, and advertising.
- Monitors the annual budget and expense reporting.
- Promotes and represents the COAE to prospective members and supporters through community outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Board Chair.
