Director of Surgical Services - **Offering Relocation Assistance**

If you have leadership skills and strong experience in Surgical Services, you may be the person we need to join our team as the Director of Surgical Services. GPAC has partnered with a top client in the Greater Omaha area that is urgently seeking a leader that has the management capabilities to lead their Surgical Services Team forward into the future. If you join the team in this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of trained professionals who want to care for their patients in the best way possible.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the surgery department
• Staffing and training of the Surgical Services team
• Overseeing pre- and post-operative care of patients
• Procuring and Maintaining equipment and supplies

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

• Licensed RN with at least 5+ years of experience in the field; 10+ preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management/ supervisory position
• Strong technical understanding of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong management and business acumen within a competitive and regulated
• Experience leading teams with the ability to inspire and motivate
• BSN required; MSN is preferred
