Accounting & Systems Director
Reports to CEO

The Accounting & Systems Manager is responsible for all Accounting functions in this $10m+ fast growing company. Additionally, this position directs all systems and purchasing for the company. This position will build/coordinate more robust accounting reporting systems, data acquisition & transfer systems. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of manufacturing costing and the coordination of ERP with the general ledger.

There currently are 3-4 direct reports.

This position is responsible for all financial reporting, adhering to GAAP, ensuring purchasing is managed to company expectations and provides strategy, direction, and oversight of all company systems.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Systems, CPA certification is a plus, has 5-10 years of accounting management. Additionally, the candidate will be skilled in directing and utilizing systems to support decisions within the company. Preferably, the ideal candidate will have directed the implementation of company-wide systems.

This candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment, skilled in making presentations to Management, directing the work of a team, and has excellent communication skills. The candidate frequently will represent the company with multiple external contacts including, but not limited to, auditors, Government agencies, vendors, banks, and partners.

Full-time position on-site.
Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience.
