We are in search of an experienced Residential Sales (Masonry & Concrete industry) to join a successful company in Glendale, CA! This is a great opportunity to earn commission!

This is a direct-hire position.

Job Requirements:

• Conduct telephone discussions with prospects, provide ballpark quotes based on photos and conversation
• Conduct on-site recces to finalize scope of work and pricing with clients
• Prepare and send formal proposals with pricing and scope summary
• Match materials for repairs and select materials for new construction
• Manage client relationships with partner vendors (landscape designers, architects, engineers, irrigation specialists, etc.)
• Prepare detailed bids following pricing formulas
• Deploy strategies to meet monthly sales targets
• Provide counsel to clients and build relationships until job is sold
• Prepare contracts and invoices for clients
• Conduct weekly meetings with Project Management to transition approved bids to strategic planning phase

Job Qualifications:

• Have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have driver's license & reliable transportation
• MUST have 10+ years of experience in on-field masonry and concrete experience (mainly residential projects)
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• Computer and technology proficiency
• Expert knowledge in the trade (block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, blueprints)
