Multimedia Production
The Multimedia Design and Production team job works on content marketing initiatives to drive traffic volume, lead generation and brand awareness, and ensures quality of content, availability and performance objectives. This job works on large projects with limited oversight from a manager, and is responsible for analyzing strategic and business decisions related to product creation, development, positioning and marketing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • To ideate, conceptualize and implement bespoke design and motion graphics that align with brand identity.

  • Some travel, as required.

  • To lead a team in a high-volume environment.

  • Have a positive and collaborative attitude. Be open to ideas from business partners and team members.

  • Create broadcast-quality videos to support business partners, marketing initiatives, executive team, and corporate communications.

  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure consistency of message and brand.

  • Complete projects within scope, on schedule, and within budget.

  • Oversee the communication from pre-production, production and post-production.

  • Be an ambassador for the company's brand with a complete understanding of the brand identity and positioning; be able to clearly articulate to internal and external partners.

  • Ability to work overtime, when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading the creation of compelling, multimedia stories across all audience segments
  • Work to reveal the most compelling aspects of the stories we are looking to tell and find provocative ways to convey that story in a manner that reflects our id*entity and supports our business goals
  • Interfaces with the client marketing and sales teams and will work with the Multimedia Operations Lead to access video technicians and motion graphic artists as well as leverage and manage external vendors to support production
  • Ideates and executes compelling multimedia stories for all audiences
  • Gains familiarity with strategy and go-to-market plans for all audiences and ensures content meets business goals
  • Personally creates content also delegates ownership of some content creation to members across the team
  • Works with client marketing and other stakeholders to ideate and curate content
  • Coordinates with Multimedia Operations Lead to resource projects
  • Travels to locations across the globe to capture stories
  • Edits content
  • Seeks out solutions and answers when information is incomplete and directions unclear
  • Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels
  • Prioritizes success metrics/KPIs and ensures all relevant data is captured and shared with measurement team
Required Qualifications:
  • Five plus years of broadcast television field production
  • Five plus years of experience with Adobe Premiere
  • Five plus years with the ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical challenges
  • Five plus years being motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Five plus years of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Five plus years dynamically managing workload and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized, despite a heavy workload
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record of creating engaging multimedia content
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with partners to foster a positive and supportive environment
  • Understanding of the elements and principles of brand architecture
  • Extensive travel and occasional extended hours

Base Pay Range: $90,600/yr. - $151,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
