Opportunity

Our Riverbend team leads a members-only club offering golf, dining, lodging and spa benefits in a 16th-century English Tudor-style mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.

Specific Responsibilities

• Answer guest requests and review the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system.
• Process payment transactions.
• Retrieve and clear carts and trays upon request.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverage per the guest’s request.
• Assist with stocking and maintaining par stock levels and side station.
• Help with monitoring and cleaning hotel hallways and service areas.
• Assist in delivering, setting up, and organizing amenities for guest rooms.

This is a part time position, working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 2:00pm and 11:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply
• Previous experience as a server, preferred
• The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
