What You Will Do:

• Maintain the NCL website ensuring product files are compliant with iMap
• Collaborate with Showroom Managers on marketing and social media campaigns
• Drive email marketing program development, segmentation, testing, and deployment, while continually evaluating for improvements
• Help maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the software
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
• Evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to key leaders
• Work alongside management with define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance
• Manage the flow of leads from marketing to sales by creating leads in the CRM, routing to sales, and ensuring they are followed up on
• Other duties as assigned (as this position evolves expect job duties to change based on climate and market conditions)

What You Will Bring:

• 2-3 years of marketing or similar experience
• Understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation tools
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Data analysis, analytics, and reporting capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
• Strong understanding of web design trends, techniques, and current online concepts and strategies
• Familiarity with CAD, Unilog, Adobe Suite/Photoshop,

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Office environment is mainly seated at a desk
• Heavy phone and computer use
• Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required

Salary Range:

• This is an Exempt position
• $70,000 - $105,000 Annually
