Description: This Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) will be responsible for creating and carrying out digital marketing and advertising promotions for a consumer app available in Apple and Android app stores. This role will also assist in marketing and support duties for clients completing certification and training programs through IBCCES.

The DMS will plan, create, and schedule digital promotions across all platforms, as well as monitor campaign results and general data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption and ensure that potential clients and consumers view our projects and download the consumer app. This individual will also support client implementation and promotion for certification programs, to include client meetings or calls, press release collaboration, and website listing data.

Duties will often include the following:

  • Research advertising trends
  • Decide on the appropriate placement of ads
  • Determine what content will reach customers
  • Develop projects to create content
  • Publish digital marketing content online
  • Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Measure digital traffic and monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor project status and budget
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
  • Interface with clients on zoom or email to coordinate information related to their certification, update web listings on our sites, and attend kick off meetings

Required Skills: Some graphic design using tools like Canva for basic ad creation, SEO best practices, digital ad best practices, excellent written and communication skills (English). Must have consistent and reliable access to internet.

Preferred/Helpful Skills/Experience: Understanding and ability to write and speak Arabic, experience working in or with hospitality or tourism organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
