Digital Marketer
Job description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is considered a strategic member of the O&C Services, Inc. team. They are responsible for the development, optimization, and oversight of digital marketing initiatives in order to maximize brand awareness, ecommerce sales, and lead conversion via all types of digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all areas of digital marketing & distribution of social media on various platforms; to include scheduling of content, management and optimization of all posts for reach and engagement, management of content on current website_Wordpress platform.
Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor analytics, audience participation, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
Departmental KPI settings and tracking thereof
Asset creation to include social media design, video production and editing, website development and content, and physical media such as pamphlets and brochures
Social media copywriting
Maintain familiarity with current viral trends, best practices, and technologies
Work closely with Managers on campaigns and branding
Provide constructive feedback
Other duties as reasonably assigned
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of social media management and content distribution
Strong proficiency in marketing and communications
Strong knowledge of, and experience with various marketing and communication channels
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn ads, and the like
Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills
Strong project management, budget management, and time management skills
Strong and dedicated team player
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be a self-starter as well as possess the ability to work within a team-oriented environment
Working knowledge of Adobe suite
Working knowledge of video production and editing programs
Strong command of the English language, professional working proficiency in Spanish, tri-lingual is a plus
Exceptional storytelling skills

Schedule:
Candidate will start on a 90 day probationary period with evaluations at one month intervals.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing – B2B, Global Marketing techniques, Strategy and Management, or equivalent of 5 years’ experience in the field.

Pay: $46,093.00 - $52,840.00 per year
