Digital Analyst & Social Media Manager | Hybrid-Remote

Our North Carolina-based company is seeking a Digital Analyst & Social Media Manager to join their team! This role is a remote-hybrid role, requiring only 3 days per month in-office format.

The ideal candidate will:

Employee must be creative, yet data driven to ensure appropriate content creation from internal and agency partnerships as well as review/prioritize ongoing agency provided Web X-ray, SEO performance and optimizations for web development changes. Further, employee must strike the balance of content creation that is soft and that which is (hard) technical in nature. Great interpersonal skills because employee will be required to interact with store owners to amass appropriate content. Employee will also be required to have a functioning knowledge of our content management system (Benchmark) and our digital brand management system Yext.

Required Skills:

· Ability to interface with agency partners + franchisee

· Ability to provide clear communication (verbal, written, and visual)

· Data analysis experience

· Excellent numeracy skills and ability to analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively

· Ability to simplify complex technical data into business insights

· Ability to identify areas of improvement and provide clear recommendations for remediation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
