GENERAL SUMMARY

Performs all necessary functions related to installing and removing die cast dies & miscellaneous equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Install position and align die cast dies.

Dismantles setups of die cast tooling & fixture.

Able to follow water diagrams for proper water line connection in the tool.

Knowledge of and able to properly square up the die cast machine once die is set.

Complete checklist for each job setup.

Assist forklift operator as needed.

Such other duties as are assigned from time-to-time

Be at work on time with a desire of performing to the best of your ability.

Communicate problem areas with technicians and supervisors.

Helps with other secondary and trim operations as required.

Follow all quality inspection processes.

EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED OR PREFERRED

Knowledge of basic math, reading and writing.

Knowledge of proper setup of die cast equipment.

High School Diploma preferred.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED

Valid Forklift License

Valid Overhead Crane License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
