We are a Food Manufacturing company in the grab & go industry looking to hire a new Director of Sales and Development. Our business is centered around food-to-go products which we distribute to retail locations, convenience stores, hotels, office buildings, and more. Applicants must have extensive experience working in the food industry, specifically in marketing and sales. The Director of Sales and Development will be responsible for business development by mapping out potential opportunities and establishing new customer relationships across the tristate area. Once connections are formed, the Director will monitor account management and ensure customer satisfaction by regularly surveying accounts and meeting with account managers.

• Background in business development and sales
• Ambition and self-motivation
• Good people person
• Reliable with great attention to detail and good follow-up with customers
• Availability to work full time

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be trained in our product offerings and business model
• Identify and meet with potential new customers
• Manage account relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Survey accounts, monitor sales, and identify opportunities for growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
