In this role, you have the opportunity to:

You are responsible for:
  • Assist employees with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to employees
  • Verify the functionality of hardware and software components
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
  • Research questions using available information and resources
  • Follow standard Service Desk procedures
  • Log all Service Desk interactions
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Learn and maintain one of the software packages the Service Desk is responsible for
  • Resolution of less complex cases with little supervision
You are a part of:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Problem analysis and problem solving
  • Analytical Troubleshooting mindset
  • Oral and written communications
  • Hands on technical knowledge of relevant technologies including Microsoft Operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and suites
  • Learning skills
  • 1+ years experience in an IT setting
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field a plus but not required
Worksite location options:
  • Onsite: 5 days per week in office site (Andover, MA) supporting IT needs of HQ
  • Hybrid: Some days can be WFH, however the majority of time will be onsite
  • 100% Remote: Not an option for this role based on duties and responsibilities
Purpose: This position is for an entry-level position in the Desktop Systems sub-family typically requiring little to no prior experience.

Education: AA Degree or better

Work Experience: 1+ Years
