Dental Treatment Coordinator:
If you have an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and have dental knowledge and experience as a treatment coordinator, we would love to meet you. This is a full-time position working in a ‘state-of-the-art” modern dental practice. - Performing patient care consultations during visits, and educating patients on optimal treatment
- Calculating fees for treatment and securing a financial commitment from the patient
- Offer patient alternate means of payment, such as third party financing, as applicable
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Educating patients on the health risks of not receiving proper treatment
- Must understand dental terminology
- Understand dental insurance plans, PPO, HMO, Denti-Cal
- Able to present financial treatment and coordinate dental benefits
- Knowledge of all dental front office procedures
- Bilingual Spanish-English preferred
