Treatment Coordinator

Smile Institute at West Glades Dental is a General, Implant, and Cosmetic dental practice looking for the right individual to join our team. If you are hardworking, have a positive attitude, and are looking for career satisfaction and a great work environment come join our awesome team! Our state-of-the-art family-owned practice located in West Boca Raton is seeking a friendly treatment coordinator. We offer a great work environment that is fun yet structured. PPO and Fee for service office only.
We would love an individual that truly loves helping patient’s dental experience go smoothly and efficiently. If you want to change people's lives and be part of creating gorgeous smiles this is where you want to be!
Minimum experience: 2-3 years as a Dental Assistant, Treatment or Schedule Coordinator
The person we are looking for must be
* Reliable-*Very efficient* Great Energy
*Have positive attitude
*Good work ethic and attention to detail.
*Digital Dentistry: High
*Able to explain dental treatment and review finances/copays with patients
*Familiar with schedule coordinating
*Comfortable following systems and protocols once trained
*Organized
*Great Time Management skills
*Comfortable discussing dental procedures to ease patient concerns.*Excellent bedside manners
*4 handed dentistry: Restorative, Crowns, Invisalign, Implants, Surgery and Cosmetic Dentistry (Veneers, Whitening, etc)
*PLUS: Fluent in verbal and communication in Spanish /English
Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am- 5:30 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
